I need someone to help me to add the following to recode into an existing RSI Indicator. I am currently using MT4, trading with all currency. I need assistance to add in the following.

Code to add in:

1.     An Option to input High (70) and Low (30) Levels values.

2.     To disable the Expert Advisor “Allow Live Trading”, within the 70 to 30 range. Allow Live Trading to proceed when the RSI is outside of the 70 to 30 range.

NOTE:

  1. I have an existing EA that does not have the sourcecode for it. So i am in need of the indicator to perform the disable and enable function based on the RSI condition. 
  2. I need the source code after completion
