Moving Average-Based Expert

I need an Expert that can take and manage trades in the selected pair and timeframe(s) using the following rules:

Entry Rules: EA enters at market when:

1. Price closes above/below a defined Moving Average (signal candle does not need to test the EMA)

2. Stochastic with defined setting is in oversold/overbought region

3. There is a Bullish/Bearish Stochastic crossover 

Note: EA should have two optional position sizing:

a) Lots-Based where user enter the trade lot size

b) Account size based where user enter a value representing % of account to be risked; EA will calculate lot equivalent and place trade

Stop Loss Rules:

1. Stop Loss Level is x pips below/above the recent low/high, OR below/above the signal MA (whichever is wider)

2. There should be a Stop Loss validation which should not allow EA take a trade when the SL pips is more than a certain defined value

3 There should be an optional training stop function which can be turned on and off

Profit Target:

There should be 3 profit target options:

1. Target level: When activated user should enter profit target manually

2. Multiples of Risk pips: When activated user should enter Number which will represent multiples of Risk Pips

3. Close above MA: When activated, EA should close a trade x pips below/above the Take profit MA. If activated, this should only work when trade is in profit (otherwise position can be exited via stop loss).

Finally, there will be a max allowed trade function where user will enter the total allowed concurrent trades.
