Convert TradingView indicator to MT4 (I have the source code)

Conversion of indicator from TradingView pinescript to MT4.

Indicator must give the exact same results compared to TradingView indicator.

Indicator must be error free and able to plug into any EA.

Very Important!:

The indicator has to behave exactly the same as the tradingview version. Not similar. If price touches the bands on the one, it must do so on the other as well in the exact location. I understand how different chart data can produce different results. I will know if you use this fact to produce a translation of the product rather than a true conversion.

The indicator has the option to use one of three moving averages. I would like to add more to the modified version. It currently uses: SMA, EMA and a WMA.

You must add: ["RMA", "VWMA", "SMMA", "KMA", "TMA", "HullMA", "DEMA", "TEMA", "VWAP", "CTI"].

All the formulas for these extra moving averages are publicly available. Please let me know if you are unfamiliar with them. I do not require interpretations of the formulas. They need to simply be as they were designed to be. I will know if you have rounded the formula to the nearest possible solution, which = a translation/interpretation.

I will not be able to accept the completed work if it for some reason does not behave the same way as the tradingview version.
