An Expert Advisor using HMA and Market Sessions needed!

I want an EA that will Trade Between defined Market Sessions using the HMA indicator.

When say the London (GBP) market opens for a particular symbol (say GBPUSD), with say M30 timeframe, and the HMA indicator is showing a downtrend, the EA will go Short and SELL till the HMA trend (color) reverses to show an uptrend. At this point the EA will close the SELL and go Long with a BUY order. This will continue till say the London market closes. The BUY or SELL orders will stay open past the market close till the HMA shows a trend reversal at which point the open BUY and SELL orders will close. If it is a Friday and say the London market is about to close then any open BUY or SELL orders should be automatically closed 1-5 minutes prior to the market closing.

In parallel to the above, the above is to be repeated using the New York market open times (USD).

Therefore at certain times where there is an overlap during the London and New York markets there might be two combinations of BUY and/or SELL orders open. 

The HMA line has to be shown on the chart as well as the Market Sessions for common markets; can use the Market Sessions indicator.

The Market Sessions indicator needs to include and also be added to additional market time frames... such as CHF, CAD, and NZD etc.

The symbol and timeframe needs to be adjustable. When a particular symbol is chosen it needs to automatically map to the correct market i.e GBPUSD would require the following two, London and New York markets.

MQL5 Source Code also required on job completion. 

I am looking for someone that really knows what they are doing and can program in MQL5. If the job is done well there will be additional work.
