MT5 Full integration with Binance

I am looking for someone to develop a full terminal integration to carry out the trade in Binance directly from MT5:

Global Features requested to be developed:

- history data downloading
- realtime quotes update
- support trading functionality
- support symbol selection
- custom chart generation
- I need both, get information from charts and send orders to buy and sell based on the indicators.

Specifics:

- Charts of any possible available pair
- Work with variable time frame
- Attach any indicator available at MT5
- Backtest indicators and EAs with Strategy Tester
- Send orders from MT5 to buy or sell, from "NEW ORDER" buttom 
- Binance data to appear in Market watch window for faster use
- Automate orders based on indicators
- FUll History
- The balance of Binance account is shown the MT5 toolbox
- Easy installation in any PC, VPN, etc.

Most likely communication with Binance sever will be implemented with c++, use of dll in the mql may be needed.

Good knowledge of mql5 , MT5 and Binance is required.
