Connect MT4 to MySQL and place Trades based on Singals given from Db

I would like to connect MT4 to Mysql db. You will be given a table where in a new entry will be added every min Mon to Fri between 09:00 to 23:30 IST. I want the EA to place order based on the comments given below. 

The table will have a final_trend column which can have either of these options. 

$final_trend="Buy Exit";                       Plase a Buy Order at market price based on pre defined qty without any TP or SL. 

$final_trend="Buy Continue";               Do Nothing

$final_trend="Sell Exit";                       Plase a Sell Order at market price based on pre defined qty without any TP or SL.

$final_trend="Sell Continue";                Do Nothing

$final_trend="Forceful Buy Exit";    Close the current opened Buy Position at Market Price

$final_trend="Forceful Sell Exit";          Close the current opened Sell Position at Market Price   

$final_trend="Buy Exit and Sell Entry";  Close the current opened Buy Position at Market Price and Plase a Sell Order at market price based on pre defined qty without any TP or SL.

$final_trend="Sell Exit and Buy Entry";  Close the current opened Sell Position at Market Price and Plase a Buy Order at market price based on pre defined qty without any TP or SL.
