I need a simple expert-alert. Мне нужен простой советник-алерт.

An expert must work this way: I set a horizontal line on the graph and if the price approaches this line less than certain number of pips (this will be external value) this robot will produce a sound signal and the respective window should appear on the monitor. This window must contain the following information: the name of instrument and timeframe, and if the price approaches this line from down then this window must also contain the words "UPPER LINE", in the case of approaching from up the words "LOW LINE" also have to appear. If the picture is necessary, please let me know.   

Идея советника такова: я ставлю горизонтальную линию на график и при приближении цены к ней с одной из сторон (сверху либо снизу) менее чем на определенное количество пунктов (внешняя переменная) советник издает звуковой сигнал, выводит окно на монитор с указанием названия инструмента, таймфрейма, на которых это произошло, а также словосочетания "UPPER LINE" при приближении снизу вверх и "LOW LINE" при приближении сверху вниз. Если нужна картинка, скажите.
