Signal Account

As I was not viewing the data about the account that I created 4 months ago, I deleted this account and now I can not create it using the same account number anymore. 

I'm receiving that this account was just created, however when I click on to show all my accounts I'm not seeing.

I happens when I added a second account from the Activtrades server.

Could you please help me in hoe to fix it?
