SignalArrows - Trading Signal Indicator
SignalArrows is a MetaTrader 5 indicator designed to identify potential BUY and SELL signal conditions using moving-average crossover logic with additional confirmation filters.
The indicator processes a signal through several stages before plotting an arrow on the chart:
How It Works
1. Raw MA Cross Detection
The indicator first detects a crossover between the fast and slow moving averages.
2. Gap Confirmation
After a crossover, the indicator checks whether the required separation between the moving averages develops within a configurable number of bars.
3. Trend Filter
The current price is compared with a trend moving average to help filter signals that do not meet the selected trend condition.
4. Cooldown Check
A minimum-bar spacing can be applied between signals to reduce repeated arrows during the same market movement.
5. Signal Arrow
When all selected conditions are satisfied, the indicator plots a visual BUY or SELL arrow on the chart.

Period used for the fast moving average.

Maximum number of bars allowed for the required moving-average gap confirmation.
Minimum Bars Between Signals
Minimum number of bars required between consecutive signals.
MA Method
Moving-average calculation method used by the indicator.
Applied Price
Price source used for moving-average calculations.
Usage
SignalArrows can be applied to a MetaTrader 5 chart to visually monitor potential market-direction changes. Users can adjust the indicator inputs according to the instrument, timeframe, and trading approach they are analyzing.
