Gold Grid Shield — XAUUSD Grid & Basket Protection EA
Gold Grid Shield is a rules-based grid and basket-management EA for XAUUSD on MetaTrader 5. It scores every trade against a multi-factor confirmation model before entry, then manages the resulting basket with layered drawdown protection and a live on-chart dashboard.

Before You Trade Live
This is a grid EA — it averages into a position when price moves against it, and closes a losing sequence using a basket stop-loss you configure. Stop-loss hits are a normal, expected part of this type of system, not a malfunction. When one happens, don't react emotionally by disabling filters, increasing lot size, or manually re-entering to recover the loss. Let the cooldown run and let the EA re-enter on its own rules.
Confirm your stop-loss and take-profit percentages are enabled and sized to your own account equity — running with protection disabled or set to 0 removes the EA's safety net.
Test on a demo account first. Confirm the behavior across different market conditions before going live, and only trade with capital you are fully prepared to lose.
