Overview

ATR Keltner Style Channel Breakout EA is a systematic breakout Expert Advisor built to trade volatility expansion. By constructing dynamic volatility channels above and below an Exponential Moving Average (EMA) using the Average True Range (ATR), the EA identifies high-momentum market shifts and enters trades as soon as the price closes beyond normal fluctuation limits.

Trading Logic

  • Buy Signal: Triggered when the candle Close price is greater than the Upper Band:

    Upper Band = EMA + (ATR Multiplier x ATR)

  • Sell Signal: Triggered when the candle Close price is less than the Lower Band:

    Lower Band = EMA - (ATR Multiplier x ATR)

  • Exit Logic: Automatic trade management using fixed Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL) targets in pips.

⚠️ Important Notice: Do not trade live accounts using default settings. Volatility varies significantly across different currency pairs, metals (like XAUUSD), and timeframes. Traders must adjust input parameters according to their personal risk/reward profile and thoroughly test the strategy on a demo account first.
