Precision Reversal Engine v2 — Multi-Confluence Reversal Detection with 3-Tier Take Profit
Reversals are the highest-reward trades in the market — but only if you enter at the right time and exit at the right level. The Precision Reversal Engine v2 combines five independent detection modules, an ADX trend filter, and a 3-tier Fibonacci TP system to give you the clearest, most actionable reversal signals available on MetaTrader 5.
Version 2.0 is a major upgrade — smarter signal filtering, dramatically fewer false signals, and a multi-TP system that gives you real exit levels instead of arbitrary ratios.

NEW IN VERSION 2.0
★ 3-TIER TAKE PROFIT SYSTEM Every signal now shows three TP levels on chart:
- TP1 (teal line) — 1:1 risk/reward. The quick-profit "scalp" target. Most reversals reach this level.
- TP2 (blue dashed) — 1.618 Fibonacci extension. The natural swing target where most reversals exhaust.
- TP3 (purple dashdot) — 2.618 Fibonacci extension. The "let it run" target for strong reversals. Strategy: Take partial profit at TP1, move SL to breakeven, let the rest run toward TP2/TP3.
★ ADX TREND FILTER Reversal signals are now blocked when ADX exceeds 35 (configurable). This prevents catching falling knives in strong trends — the #1 mistake reversal traders make.
★ DIRECTION-AWARE VOLUME Volume spikes now check candle direction. A massive bearish candle only confirms SELL signals, not both directions.
★ SIGNAL COOLDOWN Minimum 5 bars between signals in the same direction (configurable). No more signal clusters that create confusion and overtrading.
★ STOCHASTIC CROSSOVER REQUIRED v1 fired stochastic signals on deep extremes alone. v2 requires an actual K/D crossover — eliminating false signals in trending markets where stochastic stays pinned.

THE 5 CONFLUENCE MODULES
Each module detects reversals through a completely different analytical method. A signal only fires when 3 or more agree (configurable to 4+ or 5 for maximum precision).
① RSI Divergence — Price makes a lower low but RSI makes a higher low? Momentum is shifting. This classic early warning catches reversals before they're obvious.
② Stochastic Cross in Extremes — K-line crosses the D-line while both are in overbought or oversold territory. v2 requires the actual crossover — no shortcuts.
③ Market Structure Break — Price breaks below a recent swing low then closes back above it? That's a structural rejection — the market tested a level and buyers stepped in.
④ Volume Climax — Abnormal volume spikes at potential reversal zones signal institutional participation. v2 only confirms volume in the matching direction.
⑤ Candlestick Patterns — Pin bars, hammers, shooting stars, and engulfing patterns detected with ATR-normalized sizing to filter out noise.

All signals are calculated on closed bars only (shift >= 1). Bar 0 (currently forming) is never processed. Once a signal arrow appears, it will never move, change, or disappear. What you see in the Strategy Tester is exactly what you get live.

HOW TO TRADE WITH IT
STEP 1 — Attach to your chart (recommended: H1 or H4 timeframe).
STEP 2 — Wait for a signal arrow with 3+ stars. Check the dashboard for ADX status — if it says "OK", the trend environment is suitable for a reversal entry.
STEP 3 — Enter at the close of the signal bar. SL is marked automatically (red dot for buys, green dot for sells).
STEP 4 — Manage your exit using the 3-tier TP system: • Take 50% profit at TP1 (teal line) and move SL to breakeven • Take 30% at TP2 (blue dashed) and trail your stop • Let the remaining 20% run toward TP3 (purple dashdot)
This approach means you lock in profit quickly at TP1 while still capturing the full move if the reversal extends.

3 TP MODES AVAILABLE
- FIBONACCI (default) — TP levels at 1.0×, 1.618×, and 2.618× the SL distance. These are the most natural take-profit levels, aligned with how price moves in waves.
- FIXED RATIO — Classic fixed ratios (customize each TP independently). For traders who prefer simple RR math.
- STRUCTURE — Finds actual swing highs/lows as TP targets. The market respects real support and resistance levels — this mode finds them automatically. Falls back to Fibonacci if not enough structure levels exist.

- Swing Detection Lookback — How many bars define a swing point
- ATR Period — Volatility measurement period

Default settings are optimized for Forex and Gold on H1/H4. For synthetic indices with higher volatility, consider adjusting the Volume Multiplier and ADX Max threshold.

v2 PERFORMANCE COMPARISON
On the same charts, v2 produces approximately 60-70% fewer signals than v1 while maintaining the high-quality setups. Fewer signals = less overtrading = better results.
Example: EURUSD H4 — v1 generated 173 signals. v2 generates approximately 40-50 signals over the same period, with better TP hit rates thanks to the multi-tier system.
