Tip: Some of my EAs, like Scalper Deriv, include a parameter called Position Type, which allows you to select the type of position to open (Only Buy, Only Sell, or Both). If you already have a market expectation, for example, that the dollar will weaken after an announcement, and you want to trade the EURUSD pair, you can optimize the EA by fixing the Position Type parameter to Only Buy. This way, the optimizer will search for configurations where only buy opportunities align with your expectation.
