Isn't stop loss ordered? And positions close only when 1H bars start, right?

the EA operates only once per bar opening.

i didnt quite understand what yo mean by "stop loss ordered"...

EA uses stops but really big ones, sometimes the EA do close orders in loss. 

it mainly designed to trade gbpcad 1h and for last 10 years on that pair, there was no big losses even with major events.

Can I restart MT4 or VPS when the EA has positions? The EA open some positions on Friday and doesn't close.

My concern is that the EA will not close the positions because of the restart.
