I seen your setting. you input wrong chat ID, it must start with -100.

Also let allow Webrequest and add url link: https://api.telegram.org

With vps works only default setting,if sent screen shot, replay ,...enable,then expert could not work completely with vps.

No, it is not include pending order. "Notify when pending order open" = false , then it not send message when pending open.

Hi, can i suggest in the next update, you include magic number / comments..

If a trader is running like 4 EAs on the terminal and i think it will be useful way for him to track them.
