I have an idea  to show big candle based on the ATR for each time and each currency for example to show candle at least 2.5 ATR as big candle. 

you may considering 60 or 100 candles for the ATR.

Can you add an optional alert feature when the required condition is reached, even when the bar is not closed ?

So quick action will be possible.

I think, if it has this feature, there will be a 5 stars indicator.

I have new idea to join fundamental phenomena to your indicator as if big candle happen , the fundamental reason show on candle for example the EURUSD increase 50 pipes due to bad NFP report of USD so you may see a big canlde and the start of candle the NFP will be shown, you may use of fundamental calendar form forexfactory/ fx street or......this may help  traders to evaluate the reason of big movement. if the reason is only market sentiment it is very likely to return to its initiate otherwise if the resin is powerful fundamental  report it is more likely to continue or less retrace and then continue.

its showing like 20-30 alert in the same time...


would you please change the source code to alert only last candle ?

Hi, thank you so much for sharing this wonderful indicator.

However, I noticed that when I draw or place any object like horizontal line, trend line, fib, arrows, etc, the object does not get copied to other time frames. Also, when I switch back to original time frame, the object has disappeared. 

I would be grateful if you could look into this issue.

Indicator give old signals on candles that already has happen and no signals in real time on the present candle that's being created in real time,wanted to use it on the 1 hour charts but I can't get it to update with the correct date and with the forming candle in real time ,by the way I live in the united states.Please give me some feed back on how to get this indicator to work and alerts on present candle that are forming.Thanks and I know if I can get this indicator to work the way that I have envision I could see myself making money on a regular basis.

I appretiate u for sharing the indicator for free. 

But it is possible to add a condition for calculating big bearish candle from "high of the candle" & it is closed on "20% of lower range" ? 

And add a condition for calculating big bullish candle from "low of the candle" & it is closed on "20% of upper range" ?

Yes this is a good point. The indicator needs to show the cureent candle that is forming. History is of no much use as it already happened.

Hey there. I think you really have a good indicator just a few adjustments that will even make it better and can be sold too.
Can you please make the alert for only 1 candle that is currently forming not 100 candles ago. It's really heavy on the computer resources and surely it's not helping. I put to less history and can't see any candle showing. Plus I'd love to trade Impulsive candles. 

The issue of the indicator deleting everything on the chart is also something that really needs to be fixed. It's like it's bugging the whole chart. Please look into that.

Hey Terry were you able to get the big candle alert to work. I have an indicator that sends only terminal alerts and is very fast and light. So maybe if you know how to edit the source code and add push notifications to phone it would be great. Also please include me if you get to edit the source code. I would appreciate very much. Here is the MQ4 file.
