I purchased this tool but not tried yet. 

I want to make sure, is that this tool is to "disable" new order generated by EA for "Bad Hour" and "Bad Day", am I correct?!

I tried, I simply select everyday to be "bad day", it totally doesn't work, the EA is still firing orders, please advise.
