I think that this error is related to the copy protection provided by the Market service. Please refer this question to the Service Desk.
And keep me informed of the problem. In extreme cases, write to me in private and we will solve this problem in another way.

Delete product from Navigator window, restart the terminal and try to install purchase from Terminal - Market - Purchased tab

Here is the example of using the indicator "HMA_Color_Alerts" for MT5 with the preliminary and final signal in the Expert Advisor.
The advisor does not trade. It shows only how to receive signals from the indicator. You need to develop trading functions yourself.

This may be due to a conflict between the updated Windows 10 and MetaQuotes programs.
Please remove the indicator and download it again. It should work.
If it does not work again, then please contact Service Desk.

can you please show me how to add a second instance of the indicator to the chart so i can have "short" and "long" periods on the same chart.
Also, do these periods on Color HMA need to be the same period as other indicators (say CCI Divergence and SinRoc)?

Just throw the second instance of the indicator on the chart and set the required HMA period in the settings window
