Is one week the typical length for processing a digital download here on MQL5?

HI, I have made the purchase, and the indicator is currently under market in my navigator but when i try to load it i get the input parameter box but once i click OK then nothing happens to the chart and the indicator isnt loaded. 

Not quite sure how to proceed please advise.
