Hello,

I purchased this trading robot two weeks ago and connected it to my account. However, up to now, the robot has not opened any trades on either the demo account or the live account.

I have followed the setup instructions and ensured that the robot is properly attached to the chart, but it is still not trading.

Could you please check and let me know what the problem might be, or advise me on what I may be missing?

For your reference, here are my account details:

- Account types: Raw Spread and Standard

- Broker: Exness

- Deposit: $1200

- Pair: XAUUSD

- Timeframe: M5


I also noticed that an update was released on 10 January 2026. Could you please advise:


1. Should I remove the previous version of the EA before installing the latest version?  

2. Can I use the old set file with the new version, or should I start with default inputs?  

3. Any other instructions to ensure the EA works correctly on my accounts?

This robot is totally a scam. It does not work as advertised and does not perform properly. I strongly recommend not buying it.

I have re-checked the EA again after your message, and the robot is working normally in my tests. Please note that this EA is intended to be used on a Standard account (as per the product requirements). Using other account types may cause different results due to spreads/commissions and execution conditions.

A new updated version has been released. Please update to the latest build and test again:

If the issue still happens, please send me the following details via MQL5 private message so I can check and reproduce it:

  • Broker name + server

  • Account type (Standard/Raw/Zero) and leverage   

  • Symbol and timeframe used

  • Screenshot of the Experts/Journal logs around the time it failed to trade

  • Your EA inputs (.set file) if you changed any settings 

I’m committed to supporting customers and fixing any real issues. The product has also passed the official MQL5 Market validation before publication, but I still want to investigate your specific case and help you get it running correctly.
