Hi Tran Vinh Vu, I have a big problem. I rented AI SWING for a month and downloaded it properly. When I drag it onto the XAUUSD H1 chart, everything seems fine. However, when I press OK at the end of the configuration, the blue icon in the top left disappears, as if the license has expired. This is absurd, as I have 30 days of rental from today.
Please, let's solve the problem immediately.

I activated AI Swing Gold in real account, but it only makes losing trades. So, I ask you to do as your competitors have already done: a new release that can adapt to the changing conditions of the gold market. In my testing strategies, the software has shown excellent results in previous months, but today it only makes losing trades.
Good luck! I'll see you soon for the new release so I can revise my review. I'm stopping the VPS now because it's already wiped out my real account four times, and this morning at 4 a.m. it  made a terrible stop loss.

If your vps cannot access the link https://api.vuecs.com " please contact your VPS provider"

Another notes: make sure the url you added to MT5 not contain any spaces character.

I don't thing VPS not compatible, it just firewall settings blocked unknown address you can add  the server api.vuecs.com to firewall settings if you have administrator permission.

  1. The EA has Activations = 10 => you can install it on 10 pcs or vps from mql5 download (No ea file will be sent from me)
  2. For communication, you can using MQL5 Messages

It is using AI model not traditional EA. Every hour, it uses the model to predict the direction and place sell or buy or close opening positions

No time filter. it open trades on every hour if no open position.  check your "algo trading" make sure it enabled and check your mt5 log
