Monday pips from high to low 100 pips
Tuesday pips from high to low.   120 pips
Wednesday pips from high to low. 130 pips
Thursday pips from high to low. 150 pips

All 4 days 500 pips divided by 4 = 125 pips ADR (4 Days)
