This backtesting simulator is garbage. I tried to load my original chart with all my indicators plus my template and place this simulator on there. It immediately defaults to whatever the bar colors are related to the simulator which I then changed. However, my template still does not line up. I want my template to look the same as if I were trading. The author advertises you can increase the amount of bars in the chart under tools which is something I've known about however the simulator never goes back past March 12 2024. I would not buy this. I am willing to update my review if the author responds and can solve my issues otherwise I have went ahead and asked for a refund.

I am sorry to hear the indicator hasn't met your expectations. Let me try to clarify the 2 issues:
1.The Backtesting Simulator has its own template. It is a great idea to let the add more customization settings. Let me know which parameters you want to be able to configure and I will happily implement them.
2.The amount of bars in the chart is a MT4 limitation, MT5 allows many more bars back. However, you CAN go way more back in the past. Set the input "Smallest TF used for loading server ticks" to use the smallest TF you want to use. Using H1 you can go back more than 6 years.

Essential simulator, taken to another level.

It is priceless to be able to backtest as if it were real trading. You can analyze multiple symbols simultaneously and trade as if you were live.

Friendly design.

You can not ask for more.
