Pending order alert sent as notification to phone

Hi Guys, I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to programming so please bear with me...

I am currently entering pending "limit' orders in Mt4, but I'm also wanting to watch the pending order activate (to decide if I want it to become an active trade or not).

So, I have to enter my pending limit orders, THEN go to "alerts" and re-enter info again on that pair in order to get an 'alert' notification sent to my phone when the price is 10 PIPS AWAY from the pending order....

Is there any script or something can can be written for MT4 to send a notification alert when price is 10 pips away from a pending order? Can it be written into the 'pending limit order' to add the alert when the pending limit order is input? So I don't have to enter twice....
