Modification of exisiting EA for Renko Box Trading - only experienced developers

pls find attached a description of my exisiting EA, which needs some optimization and addings. This is not a job for novice developers, only experience developers, especially with Renko Charts, with Martingale / Averaging Strategies should attend. Code must be reliable and fast in execution! The developer MUST test the EA first to see the functionality. The EA could be backtested!

The slide deck describes the whole functionality, some parts are implemented, somer parts are not. Following describes what to be done

1) Check code at all and find optimization possibilities. Example: Actually all orders are deleted and created instead of modifying them. Pls check if modifying will boost the performance, Performance is important to avoid slippages. Developer must tell me the results of his investigation and what he will change. Maybe a complete redesign is needed, in this case we have to talk about the price again of course.

2) Actually a trailing stop function is implemented which does not work properly. Pls check slide deck and backtest EA to see the difference. The settings of the Trailing Stop are ignored.

3) There is a "EA Mode = Trend" implemented but not full in function. pls check the slide decks and test the EA.

4) A "Hedge" function should be implemented, checvk slide decks. I described it in detail and made a very detailed example, Its important that the developer has deep experiences in programming Hedge / Averaging / Martingale strategies. Dont attend if you havent, its time wasting.

5) The two exisiting functions "On Trade End" and "Reverse" are working properly but needed to be adjusted because of the new "Hedge" function

6) The two function "Grid" and "Grid+" could be deleted to optimize the code. "Grid" is covered by the "EA Mode = Trend" function and "Grid +" isnt necessary anymore.

Good english is a MUST, good communication is a MUST, testing before hand over to customer is a MUST.

P.S.: EA code is about 1700 lines with a graphical panel. It doesnt need any other indicators and could be tested in the strategy tester.
