Need an alert with an email also, when candles cross over lines created by custom indicators and lines or boxes drawn on charts.

I run a custom indicator that acts like a bolinger band but is not extactly like it. I do not have the source code for it. I would like alerts (sound and Email) when a candle crosses one of the bands. Also (if possible) would like it to alert/email when a candle crosses a box or line that is just manually drawn on chart. See screen shots of what I'm talking about.

Can you make it so it alerts when candle touches the dash line or candle closes on the other side of black line? So if price is going up, I need an alert saying candle closed above black line, then if price drops to the dash line I need it to alert me when it touches.
