Indicator needed: Based on Ichimoku

I need an indicator that uses the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo indicator as its basis. 

I want the indicator to display an Arrow on the first candle that enters the kumo cloud, from the Senkou Span A side of the cloud, NOT from the Span B side of the cloud. At least 10 full candles that are not touching the cloud needs to close out side of the cloud in order for the first candle that closes inside the cloud to have an arrow appear above it. 

The arrow will point up or down depending on from where the price is relative to the kumo cloud

The simple logic would be:

-At least 10 candles have formed outside of the kumo

-if the price/candles are above the cloud, and then it enters the cloud, the arrow on that first candle that closes inside the cloud should be a green arrow pointing UP.

-if the price/candles are below the cloud, and then it enters the cloud, the arrow on that first candle that closes inside the cloud should be a red arrow pointing Down.

-if the price/candle have entered the kumo, wait for the price/candles to exit the kumo and form 10 candle again befor the arrow signal can be

I will also need to be able to change the Ichimoku parameters values (Tenkan,Kijun sen, Span A offset, Span B, chikou span). So i need the arrow appearance to adapt to any kumo setting.

Values that i would need to be able to change:

1. Kumo settings:

-Tenkan sen

-Kijun sen

-Span A offset (The default offset of the kumo is 26, meaning that the Span A line show 26 candles ahead of the current price. so for example if i want Span A line to form 15 candles ahead, than i can easily change the 26 to 15)

-Span B

-Chikou span

2. The number of Candles that need to form outside the kumo before the arrow signal on the first candle entering the kumo can appear. The above example is 10, i need to be able to adjust this as well.
