dear coders.. i have an indicator which send out push notif and ppopup alert,and arrow!

i need your help to make an EA so there will be buy order open when1. buy signal... 2. open buy at the next adx cross up on candle close...and vice versa 

1 signal from my indi + 1 signal confirmation = 1order open thats all i need...STOPLOSS will be the last low high fractal... and if it hits SL i want the ea to have option either to cut and reverse or take the los amd wait for new signal

it should be quite simple and i need them fast, please adv
