Need a coder to convert an MT4 indicator to Tradingview's Pine Script

Hello,

I need a coder to convert an MT4 indicator (3_Level_ZZ_Semafor) to be able to work with Tradingview and their Pine Script code the same way it works in MT4 (it works on every time frame and trading vehicle). The indicator is attached. Below will be a screen-shot of what it looks like. I would like to have it be able to edit the colors and sizes of the dots as well. And also be able to move them off of the candle wick so they aren't on top/below them where they cutoff the wick.

The price range is $30-$75. I would like to have it completed in 1-4 days and would require the option to have a couple of edits after the initial conversion to ensure everything works as intended.
