Very Simple - Maximum Open Trades Limiter

This is a very simple job. I need an EA/Script which can do 1 thing - limit the total number of trades open at a single time to a number of my choice. This is intended to be used in conjunction with receiving subscribed trade signals from the "Signals" area of MQL5/MT4. The EA should not interfere in any way with the closing of existing trades or updating SL/TP. It should simply guarantee that the number of open trades at any one time does not exceed a given <input> number. In Summary, if a new signal to OPEN a new trade is sent, from whatever source, it should be ignored if the existing number of open trades is already at the maximum <input> amount.
