EA for Binary Options

Hi, I wanted to know if I could develop an ea for binary options, the requirements are:

● Type of graphics: candles

● Interval: 1 minute

● Bollinger Bands: Period of 6, Deviation 2, Red upper line, Green lower line.

● EMA: 100 blue (thick)

● Stochastic: 13,3,3

● ITC: 14,100

For the sale option:

Ema above the well separated Bollinger bands (See image 1). Sail that has perforated the bollinger band upwards (see image 2). CCI and Estocastico close to touching the top line, touching or up (see image 3, 34, 35). Once this is achieved, the operation opens on the next candle (see image 4)

For the purchase option:

Ema down the well separated Bollinger bands (See image 5). Sail that has perforated the bollinger band upwards (see image 6). CCI and Estocastico close to touching the bottom line, touching or down (see image 7, 78, 79). Once this is accomplished, the operation opens on the next candle (see image 8)

The expiration time is 4 minutes

One more clarification. One of the conditions is that the Bollinger bands are far from the EMA. But there is a case like the image that I'm going to pass in which, without being far away, the Bollinger bands tend to touch the EMA in a perpendicular direction; The program will take the logic that, although it is separate from the EMA and the sail touches the Bolligener band, it opens the operation, but must find the way so that in these cases, it does not open an operation as in the example "2".
