Need an EA to read orders from a .csv file

Hi

I am working on multiple strategies (not found a great one yet if there are any)!

As I am not an MQL programmer, i develop strategies in Python. So what i can do is to create a .csv file and update that file with orders including stop loss and take profit levels. So I need this EA to read a .csv file and apply commands.

If you can come up with a better solution i am open to any advices.

Here what i am going to do:

1. Create different strategies in Python

2. Update a .csv file with orders, stop loss, take profit and trailing stop levels

3. I will be able to stop any ongoing order

4. EA should read the .csv file in every minute or every tick to see if there are anything new

5. I am open to any better solutions.
