An Expert Advisor to open and close order

I want an EA to open and close order at a specified time

Below are the requirement.

EA should take the below input

1. User Input for Currency

2. User Input for Order type : Buy or Sell

3. User Input for Schedule to Open time. -- Say I want to open a trade daily at 10:00 AM

4. User Input for Schedule to Close time. -- Say I want to close a open trade daily at 10:00 PM

5. User Input to close a trade either by close time or if the profit is 40$

Flow chart

1. Automatically open trade at user mentioned time

2. Check if profit is at a the user specified level if yes then close the trade else

3. sleep for 1 hr

4. Wake Check  if profit is at a the user specified level if yes then close the trade else

5. keep going on till the user specified close time
