Updating a mt4 expert and adding new filters

I have an expert advisor, based on martingale , however it is missing some filters. The following filter I need to be add in this job.

the main structure will continue and  you must include the filters below 

A)  account #

B ) Expire date   = if it is greater than a date show a message "the EA has expired..."?

C) Magic Number for each EA.   (I can run the same EA on the same pair)

D) time filter to trade (monday , tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday)   yes, not

E) Enable or disable trading for the Assian, European or American sessions.

F) Start to open order  when it hit the time and date   (and the existing ea is open orders only when it hit the Pivot Point Level  add R1 and S1)

if it hit the TP, Stop or trailling stop,  the EA won't open another group of orders untill it hit the next levels Existing already in the EA or (F) 

G)add  # of groups  (allowed to open X differents groups , different of the first one) maybe it need to replay the configurations (lots, pips,  )

H) add #of pips distance to open another martingale group -  (the other groups will open  trades right way after passe the number of pips, and not if it hit levels or time as the first group setup

I) Hedge order groups. It will set-up a pre-order X number of pips after the first order/group is open(keep the actual EA configuration)

J)The others groups WON~T have hedge order.
K) The last group will keep openning/closing order  until it hit the level of the last order of the previous group ..  If this last group stop to open order, but now the  market move far away from the previous group,  it will re-start to open a new group again after it hit again the X number of pips choosen before  (item H). (or this filter is off) 

Basically this expert will open the orders on levels or time, however the direction of the order , number of martingale, lots, and number or groups and #of pips to open group will pre determinated manual into the EA by me.

each group need to close their group orders individually.  (now, if we close 01 simple order,  it close all the order on the pair)
