Placing Multiple Pending orders simultaneously

hello developer,my name is Innocent i need an Expert that does the following:

-place multiple pending orders at a time

-Set same stop loss and same Take profit

-set same number of pips



like i want to place like 20 buy trades with same stop loss and take profit but different entries, the entries must 

differ with only 100 pips for example or which ever pips i choose

E.g entry 1 =price 14121

entry 2 = price 14131 like there should be a difference of certain number of pips which will automatically change the price
