An Expert Advisor from a Pinbar indicator needed

I am requesting an Expert Advisor based on the attached Pinbar indicator that will trade on a live account. The EA should place trades on the break of the high or low of the Pinbar. A buy order should be executed one pip above the Buy Pinbar high with a user definable stop loss and take profit. A sell order should be executed one pip below the Sell Pinbar low with a user definable stop loss and take  profit. The EA should only trade if the break of the high or low occurs within the next two bars after the formation of the Pinbar. I would like to use this on multiple time frames so the EA needs to have a user definable order expiration time in minutes (10 minutes for a 5 minute chart). If a break of the Pinbar high (Buy Pinbar) or low (Sell Pinbar) does not occur within the next two bars, the EA should not trade. The EA needs to have the pop up/audible alert functioning.
