Error in EA to fix

I have an error in attached EA.

EA does after installing on chart place direkt an buy and sell order. If one of the order is closed each order should be placed as pending. Handling of pending should stay as it is.

On EA should just be make the correction.

so if the buy order is closed  - buy order should be placed as pending

If sell order is cloing - sell order should be placed

and so on. this is how EA should work.

What is the error. EA does open on an closing combination a third order.....

Explanation of error:

After EA is installed on chart with Strategie on EA does opening correct the buy and sell order.

If you now close manual the buy order (wait a new buy order will be placed as pending – this is correct - and this is how EA should work for each buy and sell order after closing) but if you now close the sell order, than EA is placing not the sell order as pending – As EA should. EA is placing an buy and sell direkt market.

This error is also if I start with closing first sell order. If I than close buy order sell order pending stays and EA is placing an buy and sell order.

Note after each basis order is closed EA should place not market EA- should place each order as pending in Strategy one.

Please not because of bad work of Programmer - I want befor accepting programmer an EX file with the correction. This ex file I will check one week and if ea is running correct and ther is no new bug I will accept work.
