Custom strategy written in JAVA (for JForex) - 4 int inputs, object draw and notification scheme - Simple and fast job for professionals (75 $)

Hello Java programmer,

I need simple strategy which works with 2 double data arrays and simple mathematical average function. Result of counting is necassary to check through 2 conditions and when are true than draw some visible graphical object in chart above candle and notify me by sms/email (I choose). I dont need execute orders - so its very simple code (approximately 150 lines of code).

Note: I have done it in MQL4 but I am not able to do it in JAVA. I think i can be max. 1-2 hour work for professional may less than that. So 75$ is very generous budget I think. I am looking for fast and good solution (programmer) without any bugs.
