Range bar project we have done, make auto-scroll historical data supporting Mandarin language (for Shubham Shubham)

as we discussed in skype, for the range bar project we have done, i need to make auto-scroll historical data supporting Mandarin language, full automatic mode. Once click range bar ea, it automatically check if data is sufficient for 2 months, if not, it will load data downloader to download data, then it close automatically and load range bar chart
