Copier into web based BO trading platform such as marketsworld or High-Low

Firstly,

I'm not sure if it's possible but I need some ideas and then pricing on making a Copier for a web based BO options platform which does not support MT4.

I would like to be able to add as many clients as possible to the copying service and we will need to be able to add or remove clients based on ther subscription to the service. obviously, the copying will require variable trade amount depending on clients account size and personal risk profile.

Please let me know if this can be done, how you will attempt to do this and any limitations which we may encounter.
