Convert SupDem Indicator to PHP to Display Levels on Webpage

The indicator II Sup Dem shows colored boxes on the chart for possible support and resistance zones. I need someone experienced to convert this indicator into PHP function so that it would read a CSV file on a webserver, then display as numbers/text the closest support and resistance levels.

I am going to ask you questions before you are accepted for this job, so please be sure you know how to do this, or there is no point making a bid on job.

So this is what you need to do.

I will supply you with access to test hosting space to build it on.

1. I will upload CSV file of daily end of day data for Dow Jones Index, and GBPUSD to the hosting space.

2. You create file that contains the attached SupDem indicator calculation converted to work in PHP. We only need the part that calculates the supports and resistances, not the alerts or related features in the indicator.

3. You make it print on page closest 2 support and resistance levels, in text on page.

EG look at chart attached. You would make the levels with arrows display as text/numbers on webpage.
