Basically, I would be satisfied with an expert that trades as often as possible and has a parameter to 'invert orders'. With 'invert orders' I mean something that would normally sell at x price, but when I change the parameter to 'yes', it buys at x price instead of selling at x price and vice-versa.

T‌he idea behind the expert would be the same as the expert mentioned above. It is explained in detail about how it works in the link I provided. If not the same, at least something alike it is needed. With the parameter for inverting orders, of course.
