Candle Counter

I need an EA ( A function to be used inside other Experts)  that counts the candles after opening a trade. It must be a function ( a piece of code ) so I can use it in any other EA I want. but for this one, you can use a simple MA cross just for opening a trade.

It must ask me the number of the candles I want to count.( i want to back test it with different candle count number) 

And it must give me the difference between order open and close of the candle that I have entered first. 

In BUY orders, If candle close price is higher than the order open trade, 

it must print a positive number in pips and if it's lower, it must be negative.

In SELL orders, if the my set candle's close price is lower than the order open price, it must print a positive number in pips

and if the candle close price is higher than the order open price, it must print a negative number in pips.

it must be able to work on any chart and any time frame.

it must be a function that returns a value, so I can use it in any Expert I want.
