I need A Expert Advisor that can perform Double Top and Double bottom.

To whom it may concern:

This is to inform you that in order to complete the task assigned to me I will need the following:

1. The source Code of this EA Creation and full ownership rights,

    creating A double bottom / double top trading system

2. Filters:

    RSI PARAMETER

    PERIOD   7

    SMOOTH 1

    LOWER 20

    UPPER 80

In addition, RSI NEEDS TO BE OVERSOLD BEFORE TAKING A VALID DOUBLE TOP

OR IT NEEDS TO BE UNDER SOLD BEFORE TAKING A VALID DOUBLE BOTTOM

Also, I would like authorization to adjust all parameters above at my discretion.

3. I also need the Expert Advisor to find the lowest point of the double top and double bottom structure area so that at a minimum it can be  40 pips away from the Structure area as stop loss.  Of course, I can make it where I can change that parameter if I need to. So please   place an option for that too.

3. Loss will be 1; target will be 3-time profit.  It would be helpful in this area as well if i have discretion to change the ratio as needed.

4. Equally important, i want the expert advisor to manage my money.

5. Currently, it can only take one trade at a time.

6. Further, it must know how to recognize a valid double bottom and double top.

    Candle must finish closing before order is made and I must be able to choose which time frame I want.

7. After you are finished with the work please send me an instructional video at gregory.pierree@gmal.com on how to install it on my meta  trader 4 platform, explaining all the programs settings, how to retrieve my source code,  and how to effectively do a visual back test with it.

Will test the Expert Advisor for a week before money in full is giving.

8.The final option I would like to have is choosing how the final candle should close whether is closes above the highest close but does not pass the wick before it takes a double bottom trade or maybe it just goes in the resistance area and can’t pass it--period--and no matter where the candle goes it will take the trade.
