Algorithm

1)      Open a trade with Parabolic SAR at the instant the reversal occurs (when that first dot appears). Use default settings for indicator. The ADX indicator of above 25 and Parabolic SAR conditions stated above must be able to open a trade as well. Note the ADX should be enabled/disabled easily without affecting the parabolic opening conditions.

2)      Closing conditions at:

A.   Stop loss = 150pips

B.    Close after 3 dots (end of the 3^rd dot)

C.    Take profit = 100pips

3)      Trailing conditions (this operation is to be programmed but should be easily enabled/disabled:

·      Using: dot 1 = first dot; dot 2 = second dot etc.

·      If dot 2 moves in the reverse direction of more than 30% of candle-dot 1(previous candle- Difference between max and min) then close the trade. If not then keep the trade open and ignore closing conditions A and B above.

4)      Wait on reversal of trend in accordance with Parabolic SAR to open another trade. And repeat the process.

Requirements of the project:

1.    The code file must be provided with comments stated were appropriate.

2.    Parameters that must be able to change leaving the core function of the program unchanged:

a)      Stop Loss

b)      Take Profit

c)       Closing after 3 dots to whatever dot

d)      Time frame of charts (ones that are in mt4)

e)      30% of the previous candle (dot)

3.    The ADX Indicator and Trailing part of the programme should be able to be disabled/enabled. Once properly identified in the code, then I can modify the code to disable or enable it.
