Help me get 99% tick modeling quality in MT4 (either Pepperstone or Axitrader)

I need to be able to backtest my strategies correctly. I need something more reliable than the the data that Metaquotes offers inside MT4. Dukascopy tick data is one option but I want to hear about others as well. 

Acceptance criteria:

Be able to backtest any strategy on any chart (inlcuding offline charts) with 99% tick modeling quality in either Pepperstone or Axitrader MT4 platforms.

1) This job will require the use of Skype and sharing screens.

2) I already have downloaded 12.4 GB of data for just one pair from Dukascopy, but I need help in integrating it into MT4.
