I need bug fix for my martingale/grid EA:

I need programmer who:

1) Can understand my English
2) Have good MQL4 skill 

The problems:

1) When chart that EA is attached to is closed (or if EA is re-attached), the EA does not recognize the trades that was opened by it before the re-attach, even if magic number is same and currency pair is same. (BUT if the EA is NOT re-attached but simply terminal close and re-open EA is OK with recognizing the previous trades that are still open).  I need EA to recognize the previous (still open) trades if EA is re-attached to chart (close chart, open chart, attach EA again).

2) When 2nd trade is opened to "martingale" the first trade, the EA modify the t/p but t/p is still same. The correct t/p should be nearer to the latest trade. I need programmer to verify and fix that the t/p must always be Break-even point + t/p setting. This is not just for the first and second trade, but also for all the martingale trades that will happen. T/P for all trades must be breakeven level + t/p setting.
