Trailing Stop Using custom indicator

 I am simply looking for a trailing function that will follow this indicator. I want my buys and sells to close if price crosses the line. I dont want it to wait for the close of the candle for all positions to be closed. I will have multiple positions on any one trade,

looking for the trailing ea to close all positions in buys or sells. This is for MT4 platform, and i need it to work for all time frames, all currencies, gold ,oil etc..  When I apply the EA, I need it to wait x pips before it begins to trail. "x" should be a configurable amount of pips that reduces the likely hood of price coming back through the indicator line. The EA should be configurable to any "cutoffperiod" / Movingaverage, that the indicator will be set to.
