Script to close all trades based on custom indicator

The keltner channel has three lines. I am looking for a Expert advisor that will close out all trades upon price touching any of the three lines. the setting as to which line will be the trigger for all trades should be configurable at the point of initializing the expert advisor. The keltner channel itself should be configurable. there should also be a configurable minimum stop prior to any trailing. Trailing should only begin when price has moved outside of all three of the keltner lines.
