 I am looking for a programmer to develop a robot that operates at the intersection of the MACD signal with MACD line.

 The requirements are:

1) there should be an option where you could choose: (a) long; (b) short; (c) long / short;

2) there should be the option where SL, TP and Trailing Stop could be different for long or short;

3) there should be an option where the robot buy the MACD crossing only when the MACD signal was below a given value; similarly, an option where the robot sold in MACD crossing only when the MACD signal was above a certain value;

4) there should be one more trade exit setup option, in addition to the other options (SL, TP, Trailing Stop, close position if change, ...), which is the touch of the MACD signal on the MACD line at time 0;

5) there should be an option of placing SL, TP and Trailing Stop as a percentage of the price of the asset;

6) there should be an option to define the lots as a percentage of the total capital at that time;

7) there should be an option to include operating expenses in each trade, so that it could put a fixed part (in $) plus a variable (in % of the amount invested in that trade);

8) there should be the option to see MACD signal crossing MACD line in another chart time, to determine if the entry is: (a) long in trend of the other chart time; (B) long against the other trend; (C) short in trend of the other graphic time; (D) short against the trend;

9) there should be the option of "exit without loss";

10) there should be the option of martingale, and the max lot of it;

11) there should be the commom options of MACD (fast, slow, signal, close/open/max/... price) and the considered bar (0,1,2,..).
